last weekend, garry and i reluctantly agreed to play a game of twister per the requests of coleman and hampton. the thought sounded fun (at first), as i have fond memories of playing the game as a child. right hand red, left foot blue...that's all fine and dandy, until i had to "twist" to reach the yellow with my other foot. seriously...my body is not nearly as limber as it once was, nor am i able to maintain a twisted position for over a few seconds. down...i was the first to collapse, from the mere forces of gravity. garry also realized that he too, lacks a little flexibility. down...yes, he was next. after a few rounds, i had to call it quits. coleman and hampton could have played for the rest of the night. i was quite happy to assume the comfortable job as spinner.
