hampton's first day of dance

hampton was anxious to don her dance outfit for her first day of dance! actually, she would prefer
to wear it daily! she learned how to "spin around," and walk on her tippy toes. she absolutely
loved every minute of it, and was not a bit excited to leave. i have a feeling this is the beginning of
what will be many years of dancing!

welcome baby sallie!

on august 24, 2008 sallie grace morris arrived! my brother, rich & sister-in-law, renee, welcomed her with a multitude of joy! my sister, jen, daughter, hampton, and i drove to arkansas the day she was born and were able to share in the excitement of the day. hampton called her "baby bop" and didn't understand why she couldn't "stand up and hold her!" we had a wonderful time with renee's family...and felt so lucky to be able to witness our little brother in his new role as "daddy."
